Email qcut.barbers@gmail.com for help with sign-in, bookings, barber profiles, account access, content reports, or feedback. Include the screen you were using, what happened, and your device model if relevant. Do not email passwords or verification codes.

Account and privacy requests
For account access or deletion questions, email the same address. Identify whether you use a customer or barber account and give the phone number associated with it. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send a password or one-time code.
Customers can start account deletion in the app under Settings → Advanced Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, contact support by email.
